What’s your return policy?
All purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: opened makeup, ear cuffs, panties, custom orders and any other items marked as “Sale.”
Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of INR 100, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you
What if I want to exchange my stuff?
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Once the return parcel has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive a notification email. You can then reorder whenever is convenient using the complimentary free shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact [email protected] with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
